Improvements

Output file caching — Output files are only written to disk when their content has changed, eliminating redundant file I/O during idle periods.
sniffSniff toggle — The random *sniff sniff* console message can be disabled in config/output.json.
JavaScript modernization — All addon scripts updated from var to let/const with proper scoping. formatTimer functions refactored with early return pattern.
GDPR compliance — All Google Fonts imports removed from addon HTML files; fonts are loaded locally.
Addon bugfixes — Fixed phrase/section meter height calculations when switching arrangement paths in multiple overlay addons.

New fields in config/output.json:

eventLogMode — now an enum: "Disabled", "Enabled", or "Legacy" (previously a freeform string)
sniffSniff — boolean, defaults to true
sqliteHistoryPath — default changed from "playthrough_history.db" to "output/playthrough_history.db" (existing configs are unaffected)
csvHistoryPath — default changed from "playthrough_history.csv" to "output/playthrough_history.csv" (existing configs are unaffected)

PSARC cache must be cleared after upgrading for the bass tuning truncation feature to take effect on previously cached songs. Delete cache.sqlite and restart RockSniffer.
Existing output.json configurations are fully backward compatible. New defaults only apply to fresh installs.
