v0.6.3 Hotfix

Fixes a JavaScript scoping bug in addon overlay scripts introduced in v0.6.2.
Variables using var redeclaration as reassignment were incorrectly converted
to let/const, causing overlays (Arcade_v1_LaS, Arcade_v1_SA, and others)
to fail with "Cannot access before initialization" errors.

All addon script.js files are corrected. No C# or RockSnifferLib changes.
