Adds a Federal Reserve Z.1 source package for households and nonprofit organizations net worth from the official B.101 release table. The package emits one national institutional-sector net-worth fact for calendar year 2024 and is included in the default Arch bundle registry.
Microplex coverage impact: combining the current 2023 Arch bundle with FY2024 Census STC and 2024 Federal Reserve Z.1 raises PE native broad target coverage to 156 / 189, with net_worth covered by FEDERAL_RESERVE.
Validation:
