ConnectorCare (Massachusetts Health Connector) is a long-standing state program that layers a premium wrap plus a cost-sharing wrap on top of the federal APTC/CSR so that enrollees hit a state affordability schedule (percent-of-income premium caps by plan type).
Eligible population / income range
- Core: at or below 300% FPL.
- 300–500% FPL pilot extended through 2026, but Plan Type 3D (400–500% FPL) was dropped for 2026; Plan Type 3C (300–400% FPL) remains.
