Remove count aggregation from requirements example

Summary

• updates the calibration benchmark in SYSTEM_REQUIREMENTS.md to use household_count as a summed measure
• removes the stale aggregation="count" and aggregation="sum" arguments from the example

Validation

• git diff --check HEAD~1..HEAD
• searched for remaining count aggregation references; only negative tests remain
