Proxy Builder v2.6.0

What's changed since 2.5.9: interface in 15 languages, designed cards in any of them

• Interface in 15 languages: English by default; pick the language in Settings (each with its flag). Besides English, it's available in French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Romanian, Polish, Dutch, Russian, Ukrainian, Japanese, Korean, Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese. Dates and numbers follow the language.
• Designed cards in any language: each deck chooses the language of its designed cards from the designer or the export panel. The Japanese, Korean and Chinese fonts are downloaded the first time they're needed. Romanian, Polish, Dutch and Ukrainian cards use English rules text, since there's no official printed text for them.
• Color emoji on designed cards, and the flags in the interface, now use Noto Color Emoji.
• Changing a deck's design language completes the cards that need it and refreshes the preview.
