- Add runtime event definitions and supervisor coordination logic to track task status updates across ACP and Qwen subagents
- Update chat pane subagent tool call components to render real-time execution states and task progress
- Update localization catalogs across all supported languages for new subagent status labels and messages
- Implement ACP task status tracking and transform handling for Qwen - Update ACP canonical mapping, dispatch, session, and coordinator logic - Extend runtime event contracts and base agent types for subagent events - Update SubAgentToolCall component and add translations across locales - Add test coverage for ChatPane, ACP sessions, and Qwen transforms
