- Prioritize and identify threads by current worktree, project, and thread ID.
- Display full worktree details with truncation and hover tooltips.
- Improve thread mention chip styling, accessibility, and interaction feedback.
- Add coverage for matching, ordering, rendering, and chip behavior.
