A collection of tweaks, fixes, and refinements since v1.2.2

What's new:

  • Set extruder min_temp to enhance thermal runaway protection
  • Lowered max_temp to protect glass bed
    • Also added inline documentation for PCB bed
  • Removed part cooling fan PWM limit
    • Proved unnecessary and didn't help in the first place
  • Tweaked filament loading and unloading macros to improve usability and reliability
    • Increased clearances
  • Patched M600 filament change macro
    • M600 previously did not work, so a simple implementation has been included pending a more refined version
  • Homing during PRINT_START no longer optional
  • Staged heating during PRINT_START removed
  • Inline documentation cleaned up
