Stop showing the session restart screen

I kicked off a query, my computer fell asleep. When I came back, it said there was a failure and whether to retry or new session.

we need to stop showing that error screen and start trying to self recover from "errors" like that, which in this case is really just that the connection to the agent got cut out because the computer went to sleep.

9/10 times if we just tried once to reconnect, it would be invisible to the user and the session would just resume. We should try 1-3 times to auto reconnect and then only if that fails we prompt the error screen and descriptively say what has gone wrong that we cannot fix.
