Increase spacing between plan options and preserve custom answer history

nit: The spacing between options when accepting a plan is pretty close together, was normally fine, but ran into a slight frustration today when I entered a long text for custom option 4, accidently clicked option 3 instead which completely removed my custom answer, and now have no way to get it back
