Copy icon in commit modal error scrolls with content instead of anchoring right

Problem

In the commit modal, when an error message is displayed and the content overflows horizontally, the copy icon is rendered inside the scroll area. As the user scrolls horizontally to read the error, the copy icon scrolls out of view (or shifts position with the content).

Expected behavior

The copy icon should be anchored to the top-right of the error container so it stays in place regardless of horizontal scroll position within the error text.
