@pauldambra how do I know the organization_id? checked the project config but didn't find it.

I looked them up in groups https://us.posthog.com/project/2/groups/0 so I think it's something we know that they don't know.
I'd say like "Let us know when you're ready to view recordings. While replay is in beta there's still some setup on our side before you can playback the sessions we capture"
Then the worst thing that happens is the flag is on and they don't really need to contact us but we hear about it from them
