PR #414 added the --email yargs option but didn't pass it through to buildSession in either runWizard or runWizardCI. The session builder supports email but never received it. Region is not added here as it conflicts with yargs' choices validation when undefined. Region already flows through the session via the env spread in runWizardCI and through the provisioning flow's configuration.region field.
