- Remove sec_delay field from services.yaml (parameter was removed from code)
- Fix services.yaml description (remove "x seconds" placeholder, clarify 60s)
- Add services section to strings.json for translatable service names/descriptions
- Sync translations/en.json: match strings.json content, add services section
- Minor copy improvements: "mobile apps" -> "mobile app", consistent capitalisation
