- Add error handling to _async_connect_and_sync_unit so connection
  failures log gracefully instead of raising unhandled exceptions.
- Disconnect BLE client on integration unload, not just HA shutdown.
- Remove pause_service (use the connection switch instead).
- Remove _enable_turn_on_off_backwards_compatibility (targeting 2024.8+).
- Fix stray colon in temperature debug log.
- Simplify water level sensor null check.
