This is a prototype version of GoldSplash that I gave to Gamebanana user TheGoog when he asked if there were any tools for making 25th Anniversary backgrounds for Half-Life.
I do not recommend you use this version as it is unfinished and can only make backgrounds for the 25th Anniversary update, nothing else, this build is uploaded here for backup/archival purposes.
