CI: bump GitHub Actions to latest versions

Bumps actions/checkout to v7 (from v4/v5) across all three workflow files (ci.yml, claude-code-review.yml, claude.yml):

• actions/checkout@v4 -> actions/checkout@v7
• actions/checkout@v5 -> actions/checkout@v7

Motivation: the old pins were triggering GitHub's Node.js 20 deprecation warning on every run (older actions/checkout majors still target Node 20, which Actions now runs under Node 24 via a compatibility shim). This PR doesn't do anything with Node.js itself — bumping the action version is what clears the warning, as a side effect of moving to a release built against a current Node runtime.

Verified clean: the CI check (plain pull_request trigger, runs this PR's own branch) shows zero Node 20 warnings.

Expected exception: the Claude Code Review check will still show the warning here, because claude-code-review.yml runs on pull_request_target, which always executes the workflow file from master — not this PR's branch. Since this PR's own fix to that file hasn't merged yet, that check can't reflect it on itself. Not a sign the fix is incomplete; verification requires a subsequent PR after this merges.
