Lighter Dependencies

Removed ringdown as a dependency, that makes the package lighter and removes the requirement that the user install lalsuite, which made this package much harder to install than was needed.

• downloading a strain file for a different duration works

  • full_test (a larger full test before releases that downloads all files)
