Solve #20 SIP stalling.
Change in the pom.xml the imageJ version (1.54a), plus make some correction in comments. Also add the date and time as suffix in the loop and parameter file name
it was rising the error:

Start cooltools compute-expected

java.nio.file.NoSuchFileException: /path/to/reskb.expected
