Kichi Alpha Release

Please read the README file inside the zip folder that will be downloaded.

Kichi is now a scan-first, local QR toolkit for event use. This alpha is designed to run from a simple folder setup with a Bun-generated .exe, a kichi.db database, and the Astro dist build.

By default, the app opens in user mode and only shows QR scanning. QR generation and email delivery are hidden unless full access is unlocked from the home page. The scanner works locally as long as the database is present, which makes it suitable for USB-based sharing in this early release.
