MediLink is a healthcare management application with separate authentication systems for doctors and patients.
The platform enables secure creation, management, and controlled access of patient medical records across hospitals and clinics.
Doctors can:
- Create patient medical reports
- Access previous medical history
- Append new treatment information to existing records
- Search patients using Patient ID or biometric identification (Face Recognition, Fingerprint, etc.)
- Every medical report is tied to a unique doctor pass-key.
- Only the doctor who originally created the report can modify its treatment details later.
- Other doctors without the pass-key cannot edit previous treatment data.
- Other authorized doctors can only append additional medical information to the existing report.
This ensures:
- Data authenticity
- Secure treatment ownership
- Prevention of unauthorized medical modifications
Patients can:
- View medical history
- Access prescriptions and diagnosis details
- Monitor treatment records
- Medical reports remain under doctor control until the treatment/report is officially closed.
- Once treatment is completed and the doctor closes the report, ownership and access control shifts to the patient.
