- Bumped release notes version from 1.2.2 → 1.2.3 and refreshed Highlights/Fixes/Developer & Build sections.
- Updated installer filenames to 1.2.3 for Windows/macOS/Linux.
- Updated the GitHub compare link to v1.2.2...v1.2.3.
