@kasini3000 you should consider removing the steps that go on to mess with SSH config. Here is a cleaned up version that uses an official Debian 12 mirror:

@Lexorius's output says it all. Debian 13 only has libicu76 in its repositories, which is not a version that PowerShell 7.5.3 supports natively (or at least it doesn't claim to). Hope this helps, Microsoft. I probably should have waited before upgrading Debian, but I didn't, so here i am.
