The OpenDoctrines dedicated server: a console server that needs no
graphics card, no display and no X11.
Unpack it, run ./OpenDoctrinesServer, and type help.
Hosting requires a signed-in account and a registered server
credential. Run --check first to verify your config and content
without opening a session.
This is released separately from the game and on its own schedule.
