🎉 Initial public release of MotoButtonRemap.

MotoButtonRemap transforms the Motorola AI Key into an Alert Slider-style Ring/Vibrate toggle. Simply assign the app to the AI Key, and each press will switch between Ring and Vibrate modes.

Setup

1. Install the APK.
2. Open the app once and grant Notification Policy Access.
3. Follow the XDA Forums guide to enable launching any app from the Motorola AI Key using Activity Launcher: Hidden Ability to Remap the AI Key (XDA Forums). Then assign MotoButtonRemap to the AI Key.
4. Enjoy your new Alert Slider-style hardware Ring/Vibrate toggle.

Notes

• Requires Android 13 or newer.
• The app does not modify or replace the AI Key itself—it simply provides an action that can be assigned to it.
• Silent mode is intentionally left unchanged.
