What's new in 0.2.2:
• Apple Calendar and Apple Reminders. Use Google, Apple, or both — each has its own switch.
• Settings → Apple: turn on Calendar and/or Reminders, then pick which calendars and lists show.
• Settings → Google → Use Google for: switch Google Calendar or Google Tasks off on its own.
• Reminders lists show up in the Tasks tab's list menu next to your Google Tasks lists.
• Events that are in both Google and Apple Calendar only show once.
