Added

• A real main window: opening Pastiche from Spotlight or Finder now shows a window with a Welcome tab (permission status cards and a quick-start guide), a full keyboard-shortcuts reference, Settings, and About — previously a launch appeared to do nothing because the app lives in the menu bar.
• "Open Pastiche" item in the menu-bar menu to bring that window up any time.
• The main window opens automatically on first launch.

Fixed

• Clicking the menu-bar icon to close the shelf no longer makes it slide down and immediately pop back up.

Changed

• Settings now live inside the main window as General / Privacy / Updates panes; the standalone settings window is gone and About has its own tab.
