NeuroTune v0.3.0-alpha.1

This prerelease replaces the original WPF prototype with a modern Tauri 2 and React desktop experience while preserving NeuroTune's local safety boundary.

Install

1. Download NeuroTune_0.3.0-alpha.1_x64-setup.exe and its .sha256 file.
2. Verify the installer SHA-256 value.
3. Run the installer and launch NeuroTune as administrator.
4. Enable Windows System Protection before applying changes.

Alpha limitations

• The installer is unsigned, so Windows SmartScreen may warn.
• Diagnosis is intentionally constrained to the current local profile and compiled action catalog; comprehensive Registry conflict and hardware-specific policy analysis is not included yet.
• ChatGPT Plus and Claude Pro subscriptions cannot be used as API credentials. Browser authorization is exposed only where an official third-party flow is available.
• Apply and rollback still require validation in disposable Windows 10 and Windows 11 virtual machines.

Use this build for evaluation only. Review every proposed change and keep independent backups of important data.
