CANDIDATE build for FrontierHarness cache-fix smoke testing. Built from test branch test/fh-cache-fixes-2411-2394 (origin/main + PR #2411 + PR #2394, merge commit da819d3). Tarballs packed with scripts/pack-prime-agent-release.mjs --version 0.9.1-fhcache1. NOT a production release; do not install as stable.
