The People of Stonetop portrait gallery now opens from every sheet, and the face you pick follows a person everywhere in the world.
Pick a face anywhere
- Click the portrait on a character, NPC or monster sheet to open the People of Stonetop gallery. It used to open only from the steading roster and the follower cards, so most of the system could not reach it. "Browse files..." and "Use default" are in the gallery, so nothing you could do before is gone.
- The gallery marks a face as taken by scanning every actor in the world, not just the steading roster, and it no longer reads a person's own current portrait as taken from them.
- Two small buttons sit on the corner of a header portrait, hidden until you hover it: crop the face, and (if you have the Tokenizer module) open Tokenizer.
The face reaches the map and the sidebar
- Choosing a portrait now gives that person's token the same picture, and cropping a face crops the token with it. Previously a person could have the right face on every sheet and still be a mystery-man the moment you dragged them onto a scene.
- Only a token that was still following the portrait is touched. A token you chose yourself, or one Tokenizer made, is left exactly as it is.
- A one-time pass on world load points stock tokens at the portrait their actor already wears, so faces you chose before this update do not need re-picking.
- The Actors sidebar now shows a cropped face cropped, instead of the uncropped picture.
Tokenizer
- "Save and send to Tokenizer" is replaced by an Open Tokenizer button that opens the module's own editor, with its frames, masks and tints. Cropping a face for the sheets and making a token for the map are two different jobs, and neither is a step on the way to the other.
- Tokenizer's Avatar pane now opens on the full illustration rather than on a cropped square, so applying a token can no longer bake a stale crop in as the portrait.
- "Remove frame" is gone. Re-crop, or clear the portrait.
Steading roster fixes
- Swapping a player character's picture, or deleting a linked actor, now repaints an open steading sheet instead of leaving it stale until a reload.
- A renamed character shows their new name on the roster. The row used to keep the name it was dropped with, and the name cell is not editable, so the only fix was to remove and re-add them.
- Player portraits and names are drag handles, so a PC can be dropped onto a scene or into the combat tracker straight off the roster, like the NPC rows already could.
- The member photo window carries the Tokenizer button beside the crop one, and its crop dialog is titled with the member's name again instead of "Face".
