AMR Reload-Problem

Hi all,
When using AMR, meshblocks are dynamically reassigned. I would like to ask: if a rank happens to own meshblocks that are never refined, will the load balancer still reassign that rank, or will it remain unchanged?

Whenever refinement happens, the load balancer redistributes all MeshBlocks. So do not expect that any MeshBlock remains on the same rank.
