Hotfix release for the document picker.

Directory links are now recognized as folders when they lead to accessible locations in the Open and Save Copy dialogs.
The picker now finds redirected Desktop and Documents locations more reliably and keeps the rest of a folder visible if one entry cannot be inspected.

DOCX editing and the rest of the application are unchanged.
