Operating System
Other, Linux
Version of Prism Launcher
prism launcher 11.0.two (sorry I can type Two my keyboard is broken)
Version of Qt
I don't know but I'll get more information in the description
Description of bug
I am a Chromebook user and I have a Linux Debian container inside it when I download prism launcher it crashes the crash reason is 'did the Wayland just broke?' this is what shows in the terminal(it says more then this I'm not sure I typed it right) in the launcher when I click on something like Done or Ok it just closes the second I click on them and says 'did the wayland just broke?' after alot of researches I found the command
User@penguin:~$ flatpak override --user --env=QT_QPA_PLATFORM=xcb org.prismlauncher.PrismLauncher
when I type this command it runs in low resulotion and the gui(tool bar where I can click minimize/close) looks weird.
this bug is for Chromebook Linux containers
linux debian
Steps to reproduce
flatpak override --user --env=QT_QPA_PLATFORM=xcb org.prismlauncher.PrismLauncher
fixes the bug but makes the launcher low resultion/breaks the gui.
Suspected cause
I am pretty sure the reason this bug is happening because something in Chromebook Wayland I think is fighting with Linux's Wayland
I'm pretty sure its a thing in the launcher only and the bug is easy to fix as a developer
This issue is unique
