Soft-launch wallet release.

Highlights

• Sync under checkpoints: skip pruned ADO proofs so checkpoint sync no longer stalls; lower LMDB pre-download size threshold for small PDC snapshots (5a92fc9).
• JWT Companion race fix: serialize wallet RPC JWT salt set/check under a mutex so multi-thread Companion auth no longer races (^@c16553b).
• Version: display / CMake / Inno Setup aligned to 2.4.3.10 (handshake min build unchanged).
• Mainnet checkpoints updated to height 28000; LMDB pre-download to 28922.
• Assets whitelist (PAK): signed assets_whitelist.json with validation-authority signature verification in wallet2.
• CI: macOS stapler Error 68 retries; Windows NASM install retry/fallback; empty version [] guard.

Notes

CI build-all publishes signed platform artifacts to this release when the release:published workflow completes. macOS DMG notarization may take additional time after the build job finishes.
