Console Ops hardening release.\n\n- Sanitizes Ops deploy and run links before rendering them in the Console.\n- Renders malformed deploy run URLs as inert text instead of clickable links.\n- Adds authenticated Playwright coverage for session headers, malicious Ops payloads, and canceled confirmation dialogs.\n- Runs Console Playwright tests against a local static server by default, with E2E_BASE_URL retained for live verification.
