This version has an issue with the /daapi reload command not working correctly for reloading built-in commands. Use version v1.0.4.

  • changed Java version to 17
  • changed PaperAPI version to 1.18.2-R0.1-SNAPSHOT
  • added PlaceholderAPI support for built-in commands
  • added "Missing" messages for sections not found in config.yml
  • added new messages sections to config.yml
  • added quotes escape for $message$ and $username$ embedded placeholders
  • changed BrigadierAPI command to basic CommandExecutor
  • fixed issue: The reload command didn't read the updated config.
