Superseded before submission; 1.12.5 is the build submitted to wordpress.org.

  • Admin, content, plugin, includes and REST paths are taken from WordPress (admin_url(), content_url(), plugins_url(), includes_url(), rest_get_url_prefix() under the home URL), so moved directories and WordPress in a subdirectory stay language neutral.
