beta jar release

first time bundling a jar i hope it works gonna try to automate this 🙏
in order to run, just run:
java -jar warlords.jar

requirements: java sdk, preferably the latest version from oracle
terminal that supports ANSI in order for coloring and screen clearing to work properly.
