docs: improve README branding and badges

Thanks for improving the README. One small adjustment before merging: the logo URL is pinned to commit e26d2ee1..., which contains the older logo rather than the current centered official logo on main. Please use the repository-relative path instead:

This will show the current logo and automatically follow future logo updates.

Updated the README as requested:

• Updated the logo to use the current repository-relative web/public/arvio-logo.svg.
• Added the ARVIO Web App to the README header.
• Grouped Android, Kotlin, and Jetpack Compose badges together.
• Added the clickable ARVIO Web App badge on a separate line.
• Kept the existing detailed Web App section unchanged.
