v1.0.3 Vaults Properly Prepare Themselves

Fixed a bug that stopped vault destination folders from clearing themselves out, and moving the files that would've stopped the vault from opening back in once it's open.

Also updated the install script so it creates a .local/bin directory if there isn't one present in the user's HOME directory

Just a patch over the previous release to reflect quotes I added to a single $HOME variable

Now the desktop file goes to the user's application folder, rather than just to the desktop
