videoCRUSHER v2: OBLITERATON update

Overhauled how the crushing part of videoCRUSHER works. Now it estimates the new size based on resolution reductions. Failing to find one that meets the set size, it will then either let the user crush to the lowest resolution from the previous step, or obliterate the video. This guarantees that it will be unwatchable, but hey, you can send that video on discord now?
