v1.1.0 — Adopt Tapioca's DefaultRequest

What's new

Slack.Request is now DefaultRequest<Slack> from Tapioca. The Slack-specific chainable modifiers (.message(_:), .from(_:), .to(_:), .messageAt(_:in:)) live as a constrained extension on DefaultRequest where API == Slack.

Migration

Bump SlackKit to from: "1.1.0". No callsite changes — Slack.Request / Request still resolves the same way; the fluent API is identical.

Tapioca 1.1.0+ (now picked up automatically).

Refactored `Message` responses heavily.

Added in several new endpoints (Conversations, Emoji, Reactions, Users) and corresponding models (Channel, Reaction, Member etc)
Updated how some of the existing models print to the console.

Still need to add in a few more methods (Chat.scheduleMessage, Chat.postEphemeral to name a couple), and add in documentation for all of it.
Probably some tidying up to be done as well.
