What's new

Bumps the Tapioca dependency to from: "1.1.0" so consumers resolve the new shared baseline alongside SlackKit / MerakiKit.

XeroKit keeps its hand-rolled Request (rather than aliasing DefaultRequest<Xero>) because it needs the retryPolicy field consumed in postProcess for 429/500 retries — that's not yet expressible via Tapioca's default request surface.

Migration

Bump XeroKit to from: "1.1.0". No callsite changes.
