Fixes

  • transfer: isolate scratch directories across concurrent backups (#70) (221aeb8)

This build also includes the NIF index-overflow fix. The 1.18.1 artifact build was withheld after the backup collision surfaced in CI; 1.18.2 contains both fixes.
