Re-arrange website contents

1. The current content of HAMi-website is poor-organized, it’s hard for user to search and follow
2. We need to address HAMi-DRA/HAMi as two approaches for users, and we need to tell them which one to pick on which scenario
3. The capability of HAMi/HAMi-DRA/Volcano-vgpu/KAI-scheduler are not always the same, we should reflect that on our document, and tell them which one is the correct on to find
