Improvements:
Bulk import now preserves every parsed URL so stats reflect the original file.

Bug fixes:
Fixed bulk url validation and counting error
History now uses the final bytes_downloaded tracked by the backend.
The quality-button generation buckets abnormal heights into the nearest standard resolution to avoid odd labels.
MP4 now with audio track (recently MP4 came without audio for YouTube).
