Welcome to the Finality modpack wiki! This wiki is currently a work in progress and many updates will be made over time. Changelogs, recipes and tips are going to be located on the RIGHT side of your screen!

Important Notices

There are a few important things that I feel that I should mention to players regarding the differences between the two variations of the modpack.

  1. The 1.19.2 variant of the Finality modpack does not contain the Cracker's Wither Storm Mod as the developer will not be back porting the newest features of the mod which includes the Withered Beacon and Withered Support beacons to MC 1.19.2.
  2. L_Ender will not be back porting his newest boss, the Harbinger, to 1.18.2. If you want the newest items from the Cataclysm mod, play on the 1.19.2 variant. The blank quests in the FTB Quests page are there to serve as placeholders to make it easier to port the quest trees over to the 1.19.2 variant once the 1.18.2 variant is around 80% - 95% finalized.
  3. KubeJS can't use Steeleaf tools on the 1.18.2 variant of the modpack which is why the recipe for the Tier 1 Spell Book is different compared to the 1.19.2 variant where I will be using CraftTweaker entirely to handle recipes. Recipe AND output show up on JEI, but the crafting table does not output the item. KubeJS will still handle global datapack loading on both versions after much frustration with trying to give players the modpack guidebook on first join with other global datapack loaders. I tried Paxi by YOUNGNICKYUNG and OpenLoader by DarkhaxDev, but both were unable to give the guidebook when re-rolling advancements. KubeJS's global datapack loader was the only one successful in doing this very simple task.

Modpack Help & Advice

I will write down more tips here as time goes on.

  • Thanks to Mystical Agriculture, everything is significantly easier to acquire. Build and create to your heart's desire!
  • Keep any black dye you have for use later... JEI will show you what Black Iron is used for.
  • The endgame was made with the expectation that you have figured out how to fully automate everything with Create.
  • Dungeons and other structures may be very rewarding! Exploration is recommended.
  • Enigmatic Legacy is a double edged sword. READ the tooltips.

Endgame Progression

There are multiple paths that you can take. You can check the recipes in JEI's search menu.

  • You can make ProjectE's Gem armor and Red Matter tool set.
  • You can make Avaritia's Infinity armor set which provides permanent Night Vision and Speed on top of the god mode protection from the Creativerite set.
    • Avaritia's tools are also more powerful, but also more destructive. The pickaxe alone mines a 16x9x16 area alone when you Shift + Right click to change it into a hammer, so be careful while using it.
  • You can make the Ultimerite set which then evolves into the Creativerite set.
