What's Changed

• Fix Arc and Stable Chain offer pricing: the default offer currencies on these chains are six-decimal native stablecoin mirrors (USDC on Arc, USDT0 on Stable Chain), but both the ethers and viem SDK constructors seeded the payment-token decimals cache with 18 for every default offer token. An offer of 1.5 was therefore converted to 1500000000000000000 base units instead of 1500000. Both entrypoints now seed the cache from a single per-chain table (getOfferPaymentTokenDecimals, getDefaultPaymentTokenDecimals, usesNativeStablecoinOffers), so further chains with native-stablecoin offer mirrors opt in by adding one entry. Wrapped-native defaults on other chains remain at 18 decimals and non-default ERC-20s still resolve decimals from the payment-token endpoint.
