Adds a "Server-side trait filtering" section in SKILL.md covering:

• Which three endpoints support traits filtering (via REST API, CLI, and SDK).
• AND-combine semantics for multiple traits.
• Empty-result vs >1000-match server behaviors agents need to know about.
• Which endpoints do not support it.

This is a documentation-only change — no shell-script or runtime behavior changes.
